How soon will my order ship, and when can I expect it?

What's your cancellation policy?

What if my product arrives damaged?
Upon delivery, inspect your item(s) and packaging. Note any damage, including to the box, when signing. If damage is suspected but unable to be confirmed upon delivery, note "suspect damage" on the receipt. For damaged items, send photos to support@hrinventories.com for a replacement or compensation.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
Upon order placement, you'll receive an email confirming credit card authorization, shipping/billing information, and order processing. A subsequent email with a tracking number will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse. If an item goes out of stock, expect notification within one business day.

Do you charge sales tax?
