Trade Terms

These terms apply to every order placed with H R Inventories (company number 15147882), 39 Nursery Fields, Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21 0DH.

1. Trade customers only

We sell to businesses buying for resale. By ordering, you confirm you are acting in the course of business. Consumer protection rules for individual shoppers do not apply.

2. Accounts

We may approve, decline or close a trade account at our discretion, and may ask for proof of your business.

3. Orders and prices

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Prices exclude VAT. The minimum order is £2,500. Volume pricing applies automatically at £2,500, £5,000, £10,000 and £20,000 (see Payment & Pricing); larger orders can be negotiated directly. Pre-order items have their own minimum and terms. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

4. Availability

Stock is supplied through our distributors. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll tell you and refund or credit that item.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates; see Shipping & Delivery. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

6. Claims

Damage, shortages and wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; see Returns & Refunds.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
